1. Last Thursday cooked delicious dinner at the Shire with two people I see sadly rarely and it was Good.

2. Last Friday, actually Got Stuff Done at work.

3. Had great weekend, in which I was incredibly social *and* I managed to read two books for fun while vegging out Saturday afternoon.

4. Band Sunday night kicked ass.

5. Continued to get stuff done at work.

6. Had brief setback in mood Monday night in which I should not have logged on to Athena.

7. Restored mood with fun conversation with housemate S. about hunting -- not the actual bloody kind.

8. Continued to get stuff done at work.

9. Got back the first test in the East Asian history class I've been taking. 100%, baby. Sure, it's an intro class at UMass Boston, and therefore wayyyyyy too easy, but still. Nice to know I still have it in me, at least a little bit.

10. Had lovely dinner at Legal Sea Foods to celebrate -- with warm chocolate pudding cake, yum.

11. Had good, if exhausting Zamir rehearsal.

12. Discovered muesli (mostly orange juice and honey sweetened yogurt with fresh and dried fruit and granola) at Panifico on Charles Street -- like ambrosia for the morning, have to now keep myself from having it *every* morning, it was that good.

13. Had my first beautiful springtime morning walk of the year down Charles Street and through the Public Gardens.

14. Continued to get stuff done at work!

15. Got an unexpectedly nice and encouraging reply to an email I sent last week.

16. Went to pilates-infused yoga, wore the knee brace, took it a bit easy, but all was well. I love that class.

17. Had really wonderful dinner at Atasca with a friend of mine, her fiance, and her parents.

And now it is bedtime Wednesday evening, and I am cheerful. Looking back at the past week or so, I can see why. If all my weeks could be as good as this one (at the purely personal level, that is... in the larger scale, this past week was a travesty)... I can't even contemplate it, but it would be good, anyway.

Though soon I am going to have to deal very closely with some Real World issues like taxes and housing, and that's going to suck. I hate dealing with things that make money an issue. Gah.

Life, or something like it.

I'm not sure why I just wrote that.

I had a little bit of wine, some caffeine, and quite a bit of sugar today. Not sure I'm entirely making sense.

Not that I necessarily ever make sense, really.
