Salamone Rossi was a frickin' genius. his Haleluya is the most amazing piece. my favorite setting of Haleluya, hands down. soooo glad to be singing again.
and after much frustrated searching for a dance class that i am psyched to take and that hasn't started yet and that i don't have to miss too many parts of because of my damned vacation that appears to be the most poorly scheduled vacation ever, i discovered the Brookline Center for Adult Education. i get to take belly dancing! this is very exciting, because the Cambridge Center for Adult Education belly dancing class is always way overbooked. unfortunately, it's on Monday nights, which conflicts with the Call of Cthulhu gaming run i just started playing in. i'm trying to get them to switch the run timing, but it's looking very bad. very very bad. why does everything (especially scheduling) always have to be so complicated? it doesn't make any sense.
